One of our customers encountered significant damage and security issues through the miss-use of manually operated actuators installed in their school.

The damage had been caused through over-tensioning the existing teleflex devices causing the system to break and cable housing to work lose. This consequently prevented the mechanisms from being able to securely
fasten the windows. 

Dortech developed a solution to this problem by removing the actuators and replacing them with pole operated link folding openers.
