Application Instructions:

1. Ensure tile joints are clean, dry, and free of dust or adhesive residue.

2. Mix with clean, cool water as per the manufacturer's ratio.

3. Apply using a rubber grout float, pressing firmly into joints.

4. Remove excess grout with a damp sponge before it begins to set.

5. Allow to cure fully before exposing to moisture or traffic.

Coverage:
Dependent on tile size, joint width, and application thickness. Refer to packaging for specific coverage guidance.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
