Typical Applications:

• Repairing damaged plaster or render on internal/external walls

• Filling small cracks, chips, and surface imperfections

Usage Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation:
   Clean the area to be repaired, removing dust, loose particles, grease, or flaking material. Dampen the surface slightly before application.

2. Mixing:
   Add clean water gradually to the dry mix (approximately 1.2–1.4 litres per 5kg) and mix until a smooth, lump-free paste is achieved. Let the mix sit for 3–5 minutes, then re-stir before use.

3. Application:
   Apply using a trowel or spatula. Press the mix firmly into the repair area and smooth out to the desired finish. For deeper repairs, apply in layers allowing each to partially set before adding the next.

4. Finishing:
   Once the surface is firm but not fully set, it can be smoothed further or textured if needed. Allow to cure completely before painting or overcoating.

Coverage:

Approx. 0.5 – 1.0 m² per 5kg at 3–5mm thickness (depending on substrate and depth of repair).

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.

Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
