All UK Mainland orders qualify for FREE when you spend £75 ex vat or more*. *Please note certain items do not qualify for free delivery.

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

We are pleased to offer shipping to most locations within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery is 10–14 working days from the date of dispatch
  • Shipping Confirmation: A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped<

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form , then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

Please note that all returns submitted by business customers are subject to a 40% restocking fee. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with handling, inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing.

In addition, business order cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 40%, depending on the status of the order at the time the cancellation request is received (for example, if the order has already been processed, ordered from a supplier, or dispatched).

These charges are applied at our discretion and may vary depending on the condition of the goods and whether the item can be resold.
