Everflex AC95 is a high strength, permanently flexible acoustic / intumescent sealant and adhesive specifically formulated for sealing and bonding plasterboard and other Kraft lined insulation boards, where a fire rated seal of up to 5 hours is required.  Water based, solvent free formula, easy to use and clean up and adheres to just about all building substrates.

Everflex AC95 is a high strength, permanently flexible acoustic / intumescent sealant and adhesive specifically formulated for sealing and bonding plasterboard and other Kraft lined insulation boards, where a fire rated seal of up to 5 hours is required.  Water based, solvent free formula, easy to use and clean up and adheres to just about all building substrates.  

Conforms to BS476 Parts 20/22. Independently tested by Warrington Fire Research, Report Number 144508/B  (FEB 2005). Acoustic rated to BS EN ISO 140/3. Tested for air permeability to EN13141-1 Ventilation for buildings. Performance testing of components / products for residential ventilation.

Areas For Use
• To form an acoustic and intumescent barrier by sealing gaps between plasterboard walls, floors and ceilings and dry lining applications.
• As an adhesive to bond plasterboard to plasterboard and to bond plasterboard to wood and metal studding and direct to block work.
• For sealing and bonding most other kraft lined insulation boards.

Limitations
• Damp or humid conditions will significantly extend the cure time. 
• Do not attempt to abrade when cured.
• Do not overpaint until product has fully cured. This will normally be 24 hours but may be 4-5 days in damp, cold or humid conditions.
• Do not apply below 5°C.
• For overhead boarding applications, always use in conjunction with mechanical fixings.
        
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be clean and dust free.  All loose or flaking surface coatings, and old sealant and mastic joints, should be removed before application. Highly porous substrates such as new plaster should first be primed. Surfaces may be slightly damp, but not wet. NOTE: THIS WILL SLOW THE CURE.

Delivery Information - What does your delivery option mean?

All deliveries are subject to stock and availability.

UK Mainland

**Next Day Cut Off – subject to cleared payments and passing of payment security checks by 11am.

Orders processed after 11am using the next day service option cannot be guaranteed.

All UK Mainland orders qualify for FREE delivery* when you spend over £75.00 ex VAT.

Consignments will be delivered using FedEx or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

Saturday Deliveries

Please note Saturday deliveries do not include orders that are made on Saturdays. Saturday orders should be made prior to Friday before 11am.

Pre 12 delivery services are available, however we ask that you contact us in advance of placing the order for our team to check stock and availability.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must be report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

You can report damage by sending your order details and images of any issues to direct@dortech.co.uk or call 01484 411357 and one of our team will assist you.

Returns

If you need to return a product within 30 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.

Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please contact us on 01484 411357 to inform us, of the reason for the return and to obtain a Returns Authorisation Name/Number.

Return goods should be sent to "The Returns Department, Dortech Direct, Unit 3 Fieldhouse Park, Old Fieldhouse Lane, Huddersfield, HD2 1FA" clearly quoting one of the following -  Account Number, Order Number or Return Authorisation Name/Number.

Any goods returned within 30 days as 'unwanted' or 'incorrectly ordered' may be subject to restocking fees.

For the avoidance of doubt all returned items will be inspected prior to any refund or replacement will be issued. Dortech Direct reserves the right to reject returns if the parcel is not in a suitable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure unwanted returns reach our warehouse in a suitable condition.
