Optimisation of Plastic, Wood, Stone, and Concrete Surfaces
Notice:
- Primer Characteristics:
- Primer for plastic/wood/stone reacts to moisture.
- Seal the can with the inner plastic lid immediately after each use.
- Close the can with the screw lid when pre-treatment is finished.
- Use the primer within approximately one month if used regularly.
- Use within 2 months if the can is rarely opened.
- Discontinue use if the primer gels, is not homogeneous, or is too viscous.
- Do not dilute the primer or mix with other substances.
- AdhesionPlus primer may lead to colored residues on natural stone

Instructions:
- Surface Preparation:
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust and grease.
- Refer to the optimization table in the technical data sheet for pre-treatment. - Primer Application:
- Shake the can well.
- Apply AdhesionPlus primer in an evenly thin layer.
- Use a brush or felt for application. - Flash-off Time:
- Allow a flash-off time of at least 30 minutes.

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee.

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in the package that you are returning. Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
