The Emergency Glass Repair Film is a transparent, high-strength repair solution designed for quick and cost-effective fixing of broken window glass, doors, partition glass, and mirrors. Available in widths of 500mm or 1000mm and a length of 15m, this film is made from a semi-rigid, extremely tough polyester combined with a strong, solvent-less acrylic adhesive. This combination ensures a permanent bond to the glass while allowing 85% light transmission.

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.

Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
