Pyroglaze 30 seals are innovative, self-adhesive strips of intumescent material encapsulated in PVC, designed to offer 30 minutes of fire protection for glazed doors, screens, and partitions. These seals provide critical fire resistance, enhancing the safety and integrity of building structures by preventing the spread of fire and smoke.

In the event of a fire, the intumescent material within Pyroglaze 30 swells, forming an effective seal within the glazing pocket. This expansion not only blocks fire and smoke but also reduces the risk of premature ignition of the glazing beads on the protected side. This dual action significantly enhances fire protection for glazed assemblies.

• Color Options: Available in standard colors such as white, brown, dark brown, black, slate grey, and cream, with non-standard colors available upon request to meet specific design needs.
• Specifications: Manufactured in a standard size of 10mm x 3mm and standard length of 2100mm, with custom lengths up to 3 meters available upon request.
• Maintenance-Free: As a dry glazing system, Pyroglaze 30 requires no cleaning after installation, ensuring minimal maintenance.

All UK Mainland orders qualify for FREE when you spend £75 ex vat or more*. *Please note certain items do not qualify for free delivery. 

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Certain items do not qualify for free delivery - this will be automatically applied at the checkout

Large heavy items may be subject to pallet charges - you will be notified by our customer care team.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.

Ensure that you diligently fill out all the necessary fields on the Returns Form.

Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
