The Arboshield Pro External Perimeter Class A Membrane (EPAM) is a cutting-edge self-adhesive solution that offers Class A2-s1,d0 fire protection, complete waterproofing, and airtightness for window and façade seals. This product is designed to simplify installations, eliminate additional costs, and reduce on-site waste associated with traditional pasted systems.

Main Applications:

1. Window, Door, and Façade Openings: Provides a neat, fire-safe, compliant, and trusted installation.
2. Temperature Resilience: The adhesive backing bonds effectively even in temperatures as low as -40°C, ensuring reliable performance regardless of weather conditions.
3. Watertight and Airtight Sealing: Ensures effective sealing around windows, doors, and façade systems, preventing water and air infiltration.
4. Concrete Structural Frame to SFS Sections: Creates watertight and airtight seals when connecting a concrete structural frame to SFS (Steel Framing System) sections.
5. Parapet Walls: Weather seals parapet walls, enhancing weatherproofing.
6. Balcony Details: Provides weatherproofing for balcony structures.
7. Fire Performance: Ideal for buildings over 18 meters in height, offering Class A fire performance that exceeds current Building Regulation and Approved Document B requirements.

All UK Mainland orders qualify for FREE when you spend £75 ex vat or more*. *Please note certain items do not qualify for free delivery. 

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Certain items do not qualify for free delivery - this will be automatically applied at the checkout

Large heavy items may be subject to pallet charges - you will be notified by our customer care team.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.

Ensure that you diligently fill out all the necessary fields on the Returns Form.

Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
