The Astro Thermal Fire PS is a range of passive fire protection penetration seals specifically designed to firestop insulated metal and combustible plastic pipes. These Fire Sleeves provide comprehensive Fire, Acoustic, Thermal, and Vapour seal performance for pipes passing through various wall or floor constructions.

CE Marked and rigorously fire tested in accordance with EN 1366-3, with additional assessments to BS 476 Part 20, these Fire Sleeves ensure high standards of safety and reliability. They are manufactured from a unique, low smoke, zero halogen intumescent material and are supplied pre-formed, ready to fit a variety of pipe diameters.

With a nominal thickness of 25mm, the compressible intumescent sleeves come wrapped in reinforced aluminium foil, allowing them to be cut lengthwise and retro-fitted around pipes. This design ensures an effective fire, smoke, and acoustic seal while accommodating some thermal movement. Depending on the construction type, the Fire Sleeves offer Fire Ratings of EI30, EI60, EI90, EI120, or even up to EI240 minutes.

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.
