How to Use:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure that the surface where the grout will be applied is clean and free of dust, dirt, or adhesive residues. Tiles should be securely set in place before applying the grout.

2. Mixing: Pour the required amount of Bauer Perla Tile Grout into a clean container. Gradually add clean water while mixing to form a smooth paste. Stir the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency, making sure there are no lumps.

3. Application: Using a rubber grout float, apply the grout to the joints between the tiles. Press the grout firmly into the spaces, ensuring that the joints are completely filled. Work in sections, making sure to clean the tiles as you go.

4. Cleaning: After applying the grout, use a damp sponge to remove any excess from the tile surface. Wipe the surface gently, avoiding the removal of grout from the joints.

5. Curing: Allow the grout to set for at least 24 hours before using the tiled surface. During this time, avoid exposing the grout to water or heavy traffic to ensure the best bond.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
