How to Apply:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure that the surface to be tiled is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, or any loose material. For smoother surfaces, it may be helpful to lightly score the surface to improve adhesion.

2. Mixing: Stir the adhesive thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for water-to-powder ratio and mix only as much as you can use within the working time.

3. Application: Using a notched trowel, spread the adhesive evenly on the surface in small sections. Apply enough adhesive to cover an area slightly larger than the tiles you will be setting.

4. Tile Placement: Press the tiles into the adhesive, ensuring they are firmly set. Tap them lightly with a rubber mallet if needed to ensure a strong bond. Use spacers to maintain consistent grout lines between tiles.

5. Finishing: After the adhesive has set, clean off any excess adhesive from the surface of the tiles and allow the tiles to fully cure before grouting.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
