King 10 will make treated surfaces both Hydrophobic and Oleophobic and don’t forget our Anti-Microbial properties give added health benefits and safety.

Our in-house chemists can produce bespoke properties within King 10 to suit your individual project/surface requirements.
King 10 is a very easy product to apply. Spray a fine mist onto the surface and use a clean Micro Fibre Cloth to work into the surface and then buff off any excess with a clean Micro Fibre cloth.

Seals and protects - beyond its Easy Clean properties, King 10 forms a protective seal on treated surfaces, safeguarding them against wear and tear, extending the life of surfaces.

72.9% reduction in Microbials – experience hygiene like never before, king 10 not only reduces cleaning cycles- it also reduces Microbial properties by a massive 72.9% creating healthier spaces for everyone.
Water usage is a key Environmental issue, King 10 tackles this issue, water usage will be massively reduced as the need for cleaning surfaces is greatly reduced.
As well as water reduction there is also no need to use harsh chemicals as once treated surfaces will not Etch and Stain as a bond is created between the surface and its environment.
King 10 testing and Certifications
BS3900 Part G6 - Resistance to Mould Growth up to 90% less mould was able to grow over a 12 week period. Our Chemists have made the Anti-Mould additive non-leaching, this simply means the protection lasts as long as the coatings. Unlike disinfectants or cheaper alternatives that will last days or weeks at best.
ISO 22196:2011 - When Bacteria and Viruses land on King 10 coated surfaces, independent test results show that they are prevented from growing and spreading, unlike disinfectants and cheaper Fogging solutions, King 10 will last for the lifetime of the coating with our No-Leaching technology.
ISO 21702:2019 - in 2021 Coating Kings undertook independent Certification and results showed a decrease in SAR-COV-2 by 73.7% after a 2 hour period - with our Non-Leaching Technology and with King 10 being chemically inert, King 10 will last along with the coating.

Returns
If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee.
Ensure that you diligently fill out all the necessary fields on the Returns Form. It is particularly crucial to provide your customer details and order number to facilitate a prompt processing of your return; failure to include this information may result in delays in refund processing.

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 12pm for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in the package that you are returning. Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
