The Flamro® KSL W Wrap is a flexible intumescent pipe wrap designed for fire-resistant sealing of combustible pipe penetrations. When exposed to heat, the wrap expands and foams up, forming a solid fire-resistant barrier that effectively prevents the spread of fire and smoke.

• The KSL W Wrap is made from a high-performance intumescent material that reacts to heat, expanding to seal openings left by melting plastic pipes.
• This wrap remains flexible and easy to handle, making it versatile for various pipe sizes and penetration types.
• The expansion process creates a dense, fire-resistant foam that blocks flames and smoke, maintaining the integrity of fire-rated walls and floors.

Fire Protection & Performance

• Intumescent Reaction: When exposed to high temperatures, the wrap expands multiple times its original size, effectively sealing the penetration.
• Fire Resistance: Provides protection up to EI 240 (240 minutes), ensuring compliance with stringent fire safety standards.
• Prevents Fire and Smoke Spread: Seals off combustible pipe penetrations, preventing the passage of flames and toxic gases.

Application & Installation

The Flamro KSL W Wrap (20m x 50mm) is ideal for use in:

Installation Process:

1. Cut the wrap to the required length based on the pipe diameter.
2. Wrap it around the pipe and secure it in place using tape or a fastener.
3. Insert the wrapped pipe into the opening, ensuring full coverage.
4. Finish with fire-rated sealant if required for enhanced fire protection.

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Large heavy items may be subject to pallet charges - you will be notified by our customer care team.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.

Ensure that you diligently fill out all the necessary fields on the Returns Form.

Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
