PipeBloc PCP Collars have been meticulously crafted and rigorously tested to effectively seal openings accommodating plastic and metallic pipes alongside insulation or cables. Engineered to ensure a robust expansion and pressure seal in the event of a fire, these collars boast an ultra-thin design, allowing for installation in even the most confined spaces with depths ranging from 30mm to 40mm.
Versatile in application, PipeBloc PCP Collars can be seamlessly installed in various configurations including flexible walls, rigid walls, rigid floors, and Stopseal Batiseals. They undergo comprehensive testing with a diverse range of services such as plastic pipes, cables, and insulated non-combustible pipes. Notably, they facilitate both thermal and mechanical movement of pipes while remaining halogen-free, asbestos-free, and environmentally friendly.
Resilient against environmental factors like fungus, vermin, rodents, and moisture, these collars maintain their efficacy over time. They have been tested to EI120 and EI240 standards according to EN1366-3, ensuring reliable performance under fire conditions. Moreover, they are conditioned to Type X specifications, with a temperature range from -20℃ to +70℃ in accordance with EOTR 024 and Etag 026.
Functionally, PipeBloc PCP Collars serve multiple purposes including reinstating fire resistance in walls and floors, sealing multi-service penetrations, and managing cable bunches. They accommodate combustible pipes ranging from 32mm to 250mm in diameter, even accommodating angled combustible pipes through walls. With an assumed working life of 25 years, they offer peace of mind for long-term applications.
Installation is straightforward, with various fixing options available to suit different locations. The collars, incorporating an intumescent component within a mild steel case, effectively close gaps and prevent the passage of fire when heated. Supplied in assembled form without fixings, they can be wrapped around pipes at the soffit or both faces of walls depending on the specific application.

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee.
Ensure that you diligently fill out all the necessary fields on the Returns Form. It is particularly crucial to provide your customer details and order number to facilitate a prompt processing of your return; failure to include this information may result in delays in refund processing.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in the package that you are returning. Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
