This well designed glass adapter can be used for both exterior and interior installation. Along with being well designed to fit securely onto a flat surfaced balustrade pole this adapter can also be fitted to any flat surface.

Installation Instructions for Glass Clamps

Step 1- Surface
Glass WILL need a 15mm diameter hold drilled into the glass for installation. Surfaces must be clean, dry, sound and free from contamination.

Step 2- Fixing the Glass Clamp
Remove the bottom half of the adapter, and secure this to your post or wall (this can be done by unscrewing the adapter anti-clockwise against the top half). 

Step 3- Positioning the glass
Lift the sheet of glass using an appropriate glass lifter and position the glass in place. Whist doing so, the clamp that is separate, feed the rod through the pre-cut hole in the glass and secure the clamp back together. Don't worry about over tightening.

Delivery Information - What does your delivery option mean?

All deliveries are subject to stock and availability.

UK Mainland

**Next Day Cut Off – subject to cleared payments and passing of payment security checks by 11am.

Orders processed after 11am using the next day service option cannot be guaranteed.

All UK Mainland orders qualify for FREE delivery* when you spend over £75.00 ex VAT.

Consignments will be delivered using FedEx or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

Saturday Deliveries

Please note Saturday deliveries do not include orders that are made on Saturdays. Saturday orders should be made prior to Friday before 11am.

Pre 12 delivery services are available, however we ask that you contact us in advance of placing the order for our team to check stock and availability.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must be report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

You can report damage by sending your order details and images of any issues to direct@dortech.co.uk or call 01484 411357 and one of our team will assist you.

Returns

If you need to return a product within 30 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.

Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please contact us on 01484 411357 to inform us, of the reason for the return and to obtain a Returns Authorisation Name/Number.

Return goods should be sent to "The Returns Department, Dortech Direct, Unit 3 Fieldhouse Park, Old Fieldhouse Lane, Huddersfield, HD2 1FA" clearly quoting one of the following -  Account Number, Order Number or Return Authorisation Name/Number.

Any goods returned within 30 days as 'unwanted' or 'incorrectly ordered' may be subject to restocking fees.

For the avoidance of doubt all returned items will be inspected prior to any refund or replacement will be issued. Dortech Direct reserves the right to reject returns if the parcel is not in a suitable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure unwanted returns reach our warehouse in a suitable condition.
