FLEXI BAND is a premium universal adhesive tape from Rothoblaas engineered for airtightness, fire stopping, and sealing applications in timber construction and building envelope systems. Designed with a reinforced PE film and solvent-free acrylic adhesive, FLEXI BAND delivers exceptional adhesion strength on a wide range of surfaces, including dusty, porous, and damp substrates.

Suitable for CLT joint sealing, membrane overlaps, and airtight building applications, FLEXI BAND maintains performance even in extremely low temperatures. The tape has been tested for fire resistance up to EI 90 in specific CLT configurations and is certified as a Passive House airtight component.

Its long-term UV durability, low VOC emissions, and high resistance to ageing make FLEXI BAND an ideal solution for professional contractors, façade installers, and timber frame specialists looking for reliable airtight and fire-sealing performance.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
