Applications:

• Repairing window sills, frames, doors, architraves, and general cracks and holes in wood.
• Suitable for both interior and exterior wood filling applications.

Instructions:

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from oil or grease before application.
2. Protect surfaces/edges using masking tape if necessary, removing it within 5 minutes of application.
3. Apply the filler directly into the crack, gap, or area of repair in 5mm coats.
4. Allow each layer to dry before applying additional coats, with a maximum fill depth of 25mm.
5. Ensure there is no air trapped behind the filler during application.
6. Allow to dry for at least 10 minutes for light surface repairs, with longer drying times expected for deeper fills (1-8 hours).
7. Once dried, the filler is overpaintable with most types of paint, although a compatibility test is recommended.
8. Minimum application temperature: 5°C. For outdoor use, protect from water for a minimum of 5 hours.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
