Applications:

• Repairing window sills, frames, doors, architraves, and general cracks and holes in wood.
• Large repairs to damaged or rot-affected timber in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Instructions:

1. Prepare the surface by removing all soft, loose, and rotten timber, ensuring all dust is removed.
2. Use small amounts of filler at a time to ensure it is applied before initial setting occurs.
3. Transfer a golf ball-sized amount of filler onto a suitable mixing board using a spreader.
4. Squeeze approximately two inches of hardener from the tube and mix thoroughly with the filler.
5. Apply in small amounts to ensure air is not trapped beneath the filler, then build up in larger volumes.
6. Smoothen over the surface before leaving to cure, leaving sufficient material to allow for sanding.
7. Can be sanded after 15-20 minutes of application.
8. Application temperature: 5 - 30°C.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.
