Structural glazing tape is used as a spacing element in structurally glazed fabrications. The Arbo structural glazing tape forms an effective short-term bond between the frame and the IG unit during assembly and creates a gap of the correct dimensions.
Approved for use with most structural silicones.

Application Instructions for SST Structural Spacer Tape
1. Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from all contamination.
2. The surfaces should be cleaned using an appropriate cleaner.
3. Primers may be required on some substrates.
Application
1. Unwind the tape and apply the ‘open’ face directly to the frame.
2. Cut to the required length forming tight butt joints at the corners.
3. Press the tape firmly onto the surface by hand or by using a seam roller.
4. Remove the protective liner immediately before glazing.
5. Carefully position the IG unit onto the tape and apply pressure to consolidate the bond.
6. The structural silicone can now be applied.

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee.
Ensure that you diligently fill out all the necessary fields on the Returns Form. It is particularly crucial to provide your customer details and order number to facilitate a prompt processing of your return; failure to include this information may result in delays in refund processing.

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

Damages
By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns
If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in the package that you are returning. Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
