Tremco compriband TP600 is an impregnated joint sealing tape for use in a wide variety of movement joints and other applications.
Weather tight against the most severe combinations of wind and rain, it also satisfies most expectations as an external weather seal in building and civil engineering applications.

Ensure the joint is cleaned out and degreased using a cleaner if required.
Tear the adhesive strip off and unwind the Compriband, the release paper should be removed simultaneously.
a) When installing in existing joint, a wedge is used to temporarily secure one end and, if necessary, the adhesive face is wetted to aid insertion of tape.
b) At joint intersection, Compriband is run fully in one direction and butted with small excess on both sides.
c) When installing windows, an excess is allowed at the end of each run by forming a small 'wave' and pressing each down to ensure a good seal at the corners.
Please Note: High temperatures accelerate tape expansion, while low temperatures delay this. At ambient temperatures above 20°C, the Compriband tape should be stored in a cool place on the construction site away from direct sunlight. A small fridge is ideal for this.

With the “i3” Window Sealant System, illbruck can provide a state-of-the-art universal sealing system for the perimeter sealing of windows that encompasses the concept of sealing out weather while sealing in comfort and energy savings.
i3 is an externally weatherproof system, which also prohibits the warm, internal air penetrating the joint and forming condensation, a problem which can lead to a reduction in the level of thermal insulation, damage to building components and mould formation.

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

If you need to return a product within 30 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please contact us on 01484 411357 to inform us, of the reason for the return and to obtain a Returns Authorisation Name/Number.
