These embers are spread directly over the burner tray, providing better heat distribution and insulation, thereby enhancing energy efficiency. Resistant to temperatures up to 1100°C / 2012°F, this ember pack is an essential addition for maintaining optimal thermal performance and ensuring safe operation of your gas fire.

VITCAS Vermiculite Gas Fire Ember Pack is perfect for a variety of gas fire applications, where efficient heat management and a realistic ember bed are essential:

• Gas Fire Ember Beds: Acts as a bed for imitation coals in standard gas fires, improving the visual aesthetics while also enhancing heat performance.
• Burner Tray Insulation: Provides additional thermal insulation when spread over the burner tray, reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency.

Installation Notes:

While replacing gas embers can appear straightforward, we strongly recommends that a qualified gas safe engineer carry out the replacement. Incorrect installation, such as excessive use of embers or improper placement, can not only lower the efficiency of your gas fire but also create potentially dangerous conditions leading to the production of carbon monoxide (CO). Always follow the heating appliance manufacturer's instructions and guidelines for safe and effective installation.

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
