Optimized Performance:

Storage Recommendation:

Cloths soaked in oil should only be stored in non-flammable, self-sealing, tightly sealed, and appropriately labeled containers (BGI 560). For added convenience, the cutting oil is also available in aerosol form under the product name "Cut & Cool Drilling and Cutting Oil Perfect – Spray" (0893 050 008).

Application Area:

Designed for non-water-miscible coolant applications in machining and forming various materials such as steel, high-alloyed steel, aluminum, non-ferrous base metals, titanium, carbide, cast iron, and more.

Instructions:

The product is ready for use as delivered, and usage instructions are provided for optimal application. Perform individual tests before each application due to variations in conditions. Our customer service offers technical information but assumes no responsibility unless within the scope of our agreed service or in cases of deliberate advice. Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
