Notice:

• Long-term UV exposure may cause yellowing and potential brittleness, especially in outdoor applications.
• Not suitable for building construction expansion joints, glazing rebate gaskets, joints continuously exposed to water, or heavily expanded connection joints.
• Only for use on fully hardened paints and not suitable for artificial resin surfaces (alkyd resin).

Application Area:

• Suitable for various industries including construction, electrical installation, exhibition stand construction, carpentry/window construction, metal, apparatus and plant construction, vehicle, bodywork, caravan and container construction, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and paper industries.

Instructions:

1. Ensure the base material is clean, dry, and free of grease.
2. Refer to the optimization table in the technical data sheet for pre-treatment.
3. Cut off the thread cap, screw on the nozzle, and cut it to the required width.
4. Apply the adhesive using a suitable application gun, recommending a minimum adhesive layer thickness of 3 mm for thick-coat bonding.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
