Fast-Drying Contact and Assembly Adhesive for Lightweight Materials

Achieve a permanent firm hold for a wide range of applications with our fast-drying contact and assembly adhesive specially formulated for lightweight materials.

Key Features:

1. Fast-Drying:
   - Rapid hardening allows loaded and processed materials shortly after application.
   - Does not bleed through, ensuring a clean and efficient bonding process.
2. Adjustable Spray Nozzle:
   - Versatile application with an adjustable spray nozzle for a broad range of work situations.
3. Silicone-Free:
   - Silicone-free formulation for compatibility and versatility.

Notice:

• When bonding hard foam/Styrofoam, conduct a compatibility test on a small area and wait at least 60 minutes to check for changes or cratering.
• Not suitable for bonding soft PVC, PVC films, and particle board cutting edges.
• After use, turn the can upside down and spray until the valve is empty.

Usage Instructions:

• Recommendations based on tests and experience; conduct your tests before each application.
• No guaranteed application result due to the diverse range of applications and storage conditions.
• Liability not accepted for advice unless part of the contractually agreed service or advisor acted deliberately.
• Consistent product quality guaranteed; the right to make technical changes and improvements reserved. Refer to the technical data sheet.

Application Area:

Ideal for the automotive sector, dealership workshops, switch cabinet and ventilation system construction, model building, and industrial areas. Suitable as a contact and assembly adhesive.

Instructions:

1. Ensure parts are dry, dust-free, and grease-free.
2. Shake the can well before use.
3. Spray both adhesive surfaces evenly from 20–25 cm.
4. Press together after a flash-off time of 5–10 minutes.
5. Spray absorbent surfaces until saturated.

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Large heavy items may be subject to pallet charges - you will be notified by our customer care team.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.

Please be aware that orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT are subject to a non-negotiable 40% restocking fee. This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.
