Notice:

• Material Compatibility:
  - Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, silicone rubber, and softened plastics.
  - Adhesive table guidelines must be followed when used with non-ferrous base metals.
• Minimum Adhesive Thickness:
  - Ensure a minimum adhesive thickness of 3 mm for secure bonding.
• Water Resistance:
  - Unable to withstand the effects of water for long periods.

Instructions:

• Substrate Compatibility
  - Suitable for use on ABS, acrylic glass, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, glass, GFRP, wood, copper, brass, natural stone, hard PVC, chipboard, and more.
• Application Process:
  - Apply the adhesive to the intended surfaces.
  - Ensure a minimum adhesive thickness of 3 mm for secure bonding.
  - Immediate bonding is often achievable.

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.
