Notice:

• Safety Precautions:
  - It is advisable to wear safety gloves and safety goggles.
• Application Considerations:
  - Dry or acidic surfaces may delay or prevent hardening.
  - Higher levels of moisture and alkaline surfaces accelerate the bonding process.
• Blooming Effect:
  - Slow curing excess product may result in a white deposit (blooming effect).
  - Blooming can be removed with solvents like isopropanol or acetone. Ensure surfaces are solvent-resistant.
  - Prevent/reduce blooming by using the adhesive economically and ensuring sufficient air humidity and ventilation.

Usage Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation:
   - Clean, dry, and grease-free surfaces.
   - Refer to the technical data sheet for pre-treatment.
2. Adhesive Application:
   - Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to one of the surfaces.
3. Bonding:
   - Apply sufficient pressure for an immediate and complete connection.

Note: Conduct your own tests before each application. The instructions are based on conducted tests and experience. No liability is assumed for a specific application result due to various conditions.

All UK Mainland orders qualify for FREE when you spend £75 ex vat or more*. *Please note certain items do not qualify for free delivery. 

Consignments will be delivered using DPD, Evri, and Shipley, or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

Certain items do not qualify for free delivery - this will be automatically applied at the checkout

Large heavy items may be subject to pallet charges - you will be notified by our customer care team.

Damages

By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return within 14 days, we gladly offer a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Kindly complete the provided return form and include it in the package you are sending back.

Ensure that you diligently fill out all the necessary fields on the Returns Form.
